Dental Building

The Dental Building façade upgrade consisted of two separate businesses that the building owner wanted to differentiate: a dental office and a bar. The owner’s business was the dental office and he wanted its façade to be elegantly prominent. The original building was clad in rough rock, similar to its east neighbor. We pushed out the facade of the dental building to the property line and clad it in travertine. The height and scale relationships between the two facades, along with some of the detailing, created continuity between the two buildings.
